Metadata Terms

BeBOP makes use of two sets of metadata terms, which improve machine-readability and reporting:

• Minimum Information about an Omics Protocol (MIOP) terms are in this repository: BeBOP-OBON/miop.
• FAIR eDNA (FAIRe) terms can be found on the FAIRe website and this repository: FAIR-eDNA/FAIRe checklist.
• Metabarcoding assays and primers used by the NOAA ‘Omics program are in this repository: NOAA-Omics/noaa-omics-metabarcoding-assays.
